How it all started...

Based in Kent – the undisputed Garden of England – we were well aware of the fantastic quality of the fruit and vegetables grown on our own doorstep. And we noticed how more and more people were looking for top quality products that came from local manufacturers. So we launched the Garden of England Preserving Company, determined to use only the best local produce and to create original recipes with a surprising “twist” that truly deliver on flavour.

Our initial intention was to sell our range of premium chutneys to stores in the surrounding area, but as demand grew so we realised that there was a definite market for the Garden of England brand across the UK.

Our chutneys are now available nationwide in Waitrose and Tesco and quality independent delicatessens.
