Rhubarb Chutney with Ginger

We combine premium grade Timperley rhubarb with raisins, orange juice, apples and raspberry puree to make this tasty chutney. Ginger provides a little warmth and a highly distinctive flavour. This unusual chutney makes a fabulous accompaniment to poultry, pheasant and pork.
