We carefully source our ingredients and prepare them with creativity and flair. 

Our tomatoes are hand-picked; we use local Bramley apples in our Apple Chutney and only the best Timperley rhubarb makes it into our Rhubarb Chutney.  And then the magic comes in. To these finest fruits we add a variety of ingredients designed to deliver an original flavour “twist”. We add rosé wine from local Tenterden vineyards to our Plum Chutney, special reserve Biddenden cider to our Bramley Apple Chutney and ginger for a delicious hint of spice in our Rhubarb Chutney.
